Three more days!
I’m starting my diet and exercise Monday morning, which means I have three days to eat whatever I want and do as little as I want. This won’t be the first time I diet or exercise. I’ve done many different diets, some successful and some epic failures. I exercise quite a bit most of the time but I haven’t so much as tried on my workout clothes since November. I’m relatively muscular, but with a layer of fat covering all of it. Needless to say, my goal is to get rid of that and let my muscles breathe! I usually exercise, not to lose weight, but as a way to free my mind and boost my self confidence. These workouts are always leisurely and result in little to no weight loss. Somewhere over the past few years, my weight has escalated to 150lbs. Being 5’ 7”, my goal is to be down to 130lbs before I have to face the world in a itty bitty bikini this summer. My main obsticle isn’t going to be getting myself to the gym, it will be food. But somehow I really feel that this will be the year that I will enter summer looking and feeling great! Wish me luck! For now, you can find me surfing the web, and eating icing straight from the can with a bottle of apple juice not far away!
